It stays listed until sold. There's no time limit on Propa Premier. If it's not moving, we'll look at your listing with you: the copy, the photos, and how your asking price compares to recent local sales (factual sales data, not a valuation or advice). If you take it off-market and relist the same property later, you don't pay the $899 again.

They're our in-house marketing team, the same people who run Propa's own social, write the brand copy, and have set up dozens of listings already. They're not real estate agents and they don't represent you in negotiations.
