Homes from owners. Not agents.
Swipe homes that match what you're after. Message the people who actually live there. Skip the pitch, skip the gatekeeping, skip the open-home queue.
Four steps from browsing to keys.
You set the criteria. You do the deciding.
Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. It takes about ten seconds.
Tell us what you're after
Suburbs, price range, beds, type. Your feed shows homes that match your criteria. Update it any time.
Swipe and save
Right-swipe shortlists. Left-swipe dismisses. Up advances. Down shares. Saved homes split into Shortlist (look later) and Favourites (love this one).
Message the owner
Tap to open the listing. Tap Contact seller. Compose a real message. They reply. You book an inspection, you make an offer, you go from there.
Four directions. No clutter.
Each swipe means something. The card is the only thing on screen so you can move fast. Buttons would slow you down.
Shortlist
Save it for a proper look later. Builds your Shortlist tab.
Seller sees anonymous shortlist countDismiss
Not for you. We won't show it again.
No signal sent to the sellerNext
Continue, no decision. TikTok-style. Three in a row counts as a soft dismiss.
Counts as an impressionShare
Send it to your partner via the native share sheet. iMessage, WhatsApp, anywhere.
Seller sees a share countInside the listing detail screen, the right swipe becomes Favourites (your private love list). Tap Contact seller to message them. That's the real demand signal.
Tools that respect your time.
Nothing that feels like a real estate website. Nothing that pressures you. Just the things you actually want.
Two lists, not one heart icon.
Shortlist is "look properly later." Favourites is "I love this." Keeping them separate stops you from losing the home you actually want in a pile of maybes.
Find it your way.
Looking for something specific? Tap the search icon to filter by suburb, price, beds, and type. Same homes, ordered by your criteria, no guesswork.
Talk to the owner, not a sales pipeline.
Every enquiry goes straight to the person who lives there. No call-back queues. No middleman. Propa never steps into your messages, your negotiations, or your deal.
Book a time that actually suits.
Pick from the owner's available slots. No more Saturday-only-between-10-and-10:30. Confirmed in one tap.
Submit an informal offer in the app.
Price, deposit, settlement, conditions. Same legal weight as paper. Not a binding Contract of Sale; your conveyancer handles that.
All the documents in one place.
Contracts, building reports, body corporate documents. Provided by the seller. Independent verification recommended.
Propa works on any device.
Propa is live now. Sign in with email, Apple, or Google and start. Swipe homes, save the ones you love, message owners, request inspections, and make offers, all in one place.

The questions we hear most.
No tricks. No fine print buried twelve scrolls down.
Because real people behind the swipes is the whole point. Owners need to know the interest is genuine, and signed-in users make the feed safer for everyone. Sign-in takes about 10 seconds with Apple or Google.
No. Propa is 100% free for buyers and for sellers, unless they choose to upgrade. There's no platform fee on the purchase. You'll still pay your own conveyancer, stamp duty, and any inspections you commission.
Every owner signs an attestation that they own (or are authorised to sell) the property and that their listing is accurate. We run a basic legitimacy check on new listings to keep out spam and obvious fakes, but we do not moderate or guarantee the details of each home. We don't verify each detail like a building inspector would, so independent checks are recommended before you sign anything.
An informal offer you send to the seller through the app, with price, deposit, settlement length and conditions. It has the same legal weight as a paper or verbal offer (not binding on either side). The binding Contract of Sale comes later, drafted by your conveyancer.
Yes. Same as you would if you were buying through an agent. Your conveyancer or property lawyer handles the contract, the searches, and the settlement. Propa doesn't do legal work.
Find your next place.
Skip the agent.
Free to use. No subscriptions. No spam. Just homes from the people who own them.
