It stays listed until sold. There's no time limit on Propa Premier. If it's not moving, we'll look at your listing with you: the copy, the photos, and how your asking price compares to recent local sales (factual sales data, not a valuation or advice). If you take it off-market and relist the same property later, you don't pay the $899 again.
