You pick a tier and a weekly price. There is nothing to manage and no ad account to set up. Propa Premier is required to buy a Boost.

Yes. Propa Premier is a one-time $899 purchase and your listing stays live until sold. No monthly fee, no auto-renewal, no success fee. If you take the listing down and relist the same property later, you don't pay again.
Yes. Boost Packs bill weekly in advance. Pause, cancel, or switch tier at the end of any week, with no notice period. Pro tip: pause if you've got a verbal offer in play, restart if it falls through. Propa Premier is required to run a Boost.
No success fee. No commission. No surprise charges when your home sells. You pay once for Propa Premier, plus any Boost Pack weeks you chose (and the one-off $99 Boost Setup Fee the first time). That's it. Your conveyancer charges you separately; that's not Propa's fee.
